How Do Virtual Meetings Work?
After you submit your RSVP, you will receive an email with the link for joining the meeting. You may also return to this page and click the “join now” link at the time of the meeting.

- This will launch Zoom if you already have it on your computer. If you do not have Zoom, it will prompt you to download and run Zoom (don’t worry–it is fast and easy. Just follow the prompts!)
- Click “Allow” when asked if you want to allow this page to open Zoom

About the Online Medicare Education Meetings
The meeting will take place over Zoom, which is an intuitive, easy-to-use online meeting platform. If your computer does not have speakers and an internal microphone, you will be able to easily join audio over the phone while still viewing the screen on your computer.
These meetings are about 60 minute long and include important information you need to know about how to know if you’re eligible for Medicare, how to avoid penalties, how to apply, and how to determine the right Medicare plan for you.
